Management Development Program
Based on business needs, Sony offers a 24-month rotation program with assignments that provide challenging and meaningful work in various career areas including sales, marketing, finance, broadcast and professional services. Through each assignment, our employees will receive a managerial level mentorship, coursework and lifelong career skills. Assignments are rotational within the specified discipline with the majority of tracks offering one or more rotations outside of the discipline.
